I'm impressed ~ got a call from Q today

Well..I guess the powers that be must read "posts". I had a post I rec'd an open box and was going to return it.

It turned out Q randomly opens boxes prior to shipment to check for quality --etc.

When this was pointed out to me by another poster - I did open the box and found the item to be perfect.

Today, I rec'd a call from Janet to discuss this issue with me.. Wow, I was impressed.

Explained all was fine and my apologies -- should have noted how I'm still after 2 months waiting for a reply from Tara - Temptations on my cracked pieces.

But -- I just wanted to say Kudos to Q for follow up!
