QVC is losing so many good long time 25 yrs customers. I don't understand it seems they don't care. As long as people are still buying why should they.

I certainly understand about the delays right now, and I do not mind at all when I am told by QVC that something is delayed. I do mind when I am told that it has been sent to me, but it really has not been sent at all. I just want to know what is happening. I've shopped with QVC for over 20 years and have been happy. I am careful about what I order and never return anything. I just want to be aware if what I ordered in May is not arriving for several more weeks.

My annoyance doesn't have anything to do with the shipping problems due to recent events. It has to do with that Smart Post nonsense that has always delayed shipping. QVC shipping costs cover the costs of shipping the normal way, making a profit on shipping, AND BEYOND. They should be shipping the most direct (fastest) way possible to justify their charges.
