I make her roasted veggie recipes all the time! I never thought to make veggies like that. I made her butternut squash recipe last night, and I am munching on it today while I watch t/v! Her roasted cauliflower recipe w/ parmesan cheese sprinkled on top...I make that once a week! You can find the recipes on her new non-qvc face book page. She calls herself roaster girl!
