We do take the emails and the InsideQ issues very seriously here in Social customer care. We have been constantly and consistently harping on getting this corrected for just the reasons you listed. 

I believe that they have found the problem with the emails at least. Do not sign up for emails anymore as that will just "restart the clock" on getting those to work. I will check your preferences and then see if you are either on a "do not call" list or what is called cheetah mail. Either one will prevent you from receiving emails....I will get back to you as soon as I have an answer.
