I have to compliment Troy at Inside Q

This guy has done a super job on the "new" Inside Q magazine.  I am hoping this rumor of their being phased out is not true.  I have been reading it since I had to pay $36.00 a year for it.  I still read it virtually cover to cover every month.  I love seeing the coming new lines and TSV's.

You could write and tell him that.  They do read those letters.  I know because they actually published one I wrote to him.

I can't agree or disagree with you, since my mail copies stopped about 3 months ago with no explanation.

 

I also no longer get the Insider link, as well as many other QVC emails.

 

I've reset my preferences online and contacted the Social Team many times, but still no emails or magazine.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

@KingstonsMom  I also stopped receiving the Insider link and QVC emails.  Not sure why because we do make purchases.

I'm not short...I'm fun size!

My experience with Troy was "I don't know why you aren't getting your Insider."

I truly fail to understand why it's proven such a challenge for them to get this, along with other things related to product visibility and customer satisfaction, right...

You are doing a fantastic job with the Insider. Please, please do not phase this wonderful magazine out. Like many others I have been with the Insider since I paid $36 a year, and I am willing to do it again.

 

Congratulations on a wonderful magazine!!!!!

 

PS How can I find out if they are going to bring back item M51493, the Energizer Solar lights in either the Bronze or Gunmetal? I so want to purchase them in either color.

QVC needs to seriously look at why so many of it's customers are not getting the emails we've signed up for.

 

I've been signed up for ALL emails for 20 years and always received them in the past, but now I only get the TSV emails.

 

No pre-sale emails, Insider link or any other emails and now the Insider magazine stopped after getting it back for a couple of months.

 

I've contacted the social team several times, who tried to help, I deleted and reset my email preferences, and I still get nothing except the TSV email.

 

You're losing exposure, aka sales, when you can't seem to rectify this problem.

 

Every time there is an opportunity to "sign up for all emails from QVC" I do, hoping to get back all of the emails I've always gotten....to no avail.....I only get the TSV email.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.
