Hello everyone,

Ok, well I'm really disappointed because a ordered the TSV Clarisonic Plus (my first big purchase from QVC) and the sent me a USED one! Which is disgusting in itself and I couldn't even believe but it but it wasn't repackaged well and when I took the caps off 2 of the brush heads they were frayed and dirty, just undeniably used on someone else's face. Gross.

I'm assuming this was returned and it either wasn't checked, or was only checked quickly for parts and not actually taken apart to look at. Either way, this was a big purchase and for a health care item unacceptable. I called and I get free return shipping (obviously) but I think I should have been compensated for the hassle and just the sheer shock that they would send me something like that in the first place. Now I will think about ordering anything in the future.

CS told me to use their return label but I've read so many posts about QVC saying they didn't receive the return or it takes forever...I'm considering just spending the money to get cerified mail. Supposedly their label includes insurance and tracking, but how do I know if they received it? Will they know I mailed it back or do they not know I sent it until it actually gets back to QVC? I'm nervous about not having a piece of paper from the post office saying I mailed this. It's a $200 item. Should I be worried or is that scan label reliable?
