I am totally convinced the Q cares nothing about sales

after seeing their "Black Friday" deals. I was shocked at how horrible they were. There is not one DEAL among the two pages of junk. Not one.

Qvc needs to learn the meaning of sale. Years ago it was unusual to buy anything other then going to the store. QVC had a huge following. Those days are over. They need to be more competitive if they wish to continue in business. Everything can now be ordered online or on the phone. It is sad that some continue to believe they have the best value. There are a couple clothing items I will buy occasionally sold only by Q. But other then that--I buy nothing there. Can find the same items out there 25 percent less WITH free shipping in most cases.

Wise up QVC--start offering your customers something other then your arrogance.
