I have been with the Q for 20 yrs. but I think it has come to an end.

I purchased the Dennis Basso TSV with a check and this morning decided to use my credits and the rest on Visa. I paid extra to get it before going away, and was assured it would arrive by Friday.

I checked the status tonight and find it is backordered. Hoe the heck can that be. All I get is I'm sorry. The vendor didn't send what they promised.

Excuse me???? How do sell things you don't have. Now I won't have it in time and never to get it at that price.

QVC has sunk very low and can't be trusted anymore. Got TOO BIG and don't need the customers anymore.

I will use up my credits and turn off the TV. They have been selling junk lately and the good quality has gone away.

Sad, because I remember a terrific company that would never do things like this.
