I think in terms of Customer Care, the QVC Social Team is outstanding. I appreciate their availability to us to help with Customer Care issues because emailing a problem/issue to them is so much better than calling CS on the phone. (I'm putting my thread in this forum because I'm not in need of Customer Care at the moment).
Moderator @Beth-QVC has helped me with quite a few issues in the past few years and I'm always grateful for her help (I've posted kudos to her many times for being so helpful). Yesterday I emailed the QVC Social Team requesting a price adjustment for an item I saw reduced within the 30 days from when I'd ordered it.
I was surprised when Mod @Kim-QVC replied very quickly to my email request letting me know she had fulfilled it. (These Mods are busy so I don't expect a superquick response but have almost always gotten one, at least a same-day one and yesterday's came within the same hour I think!) Not only that, Kim's email informing me she had made the adjustment was very polite and appreciative of my business. What a different experience from calling on the telephone when some CS-ers have been actually surly to me or not understood my request the first time because they didn't listen to me. Not all the phone people are bad, but my experiences with asking for help from the Mods here (the QVC Social Team) is just so much better, and I don't have to wait on hold either.
Thanks to Kim for responding to my request so quickly yesterday and to all the mods who have helped me out when I've needed help on customer service issues.

ITA - they are excellent! I have had a few issues that when I called CS, they were absolutely no help at all. I emailed the Social Team and they resolved my problems ASAP and also emailed me with any updates.

@lovesallanimals I know it! That doesn't surprise me at all. I've often posted that I think the cream of the crop of QVC CSers are on the Social Team. And it's not all they do, either. It seems they have a lot of chores on the 'net too.

I've seen the Social Team help many here and very gracious doing it, but the one time I contacted them I was told she couldn't help me for what I thought was a reasonable request. A request that had been honored for other buyers.
But, I did have a surprisingly good experience with the Customer Service Dept yesterday; which wasn't the usual case in the past.

I agree with their helpfulnes but..... I also think they go overboard in deleting posts. An entire thread shouldn't be removed because of one post. Also I think their interpretation of "political" is off the mark quite often.

I so agree. Thanks for giving them the credit they deserve. I have contacted Kim, Beth and Wayne numerous times and they always respond so quickly and have resolved any issues I have had. It is more satisfying then calling customer service and faster and more efficient for sure. Customer service is fine but many times I have to make numerous calls about the same thing just to get a result.
