I dont follow QVC on FB, so I cant say if they get a lot of complaints or compliments.

 

But I do think they dont pay much attention to the complaints on these boards.  Mainly because its the same ones that complain over and over and over about the same hosts, shows and everything else.   They probably have a list of the "Top 30 Complainers" from the boards.

 

When the sales drop they will most likely do something until then who knows?

 

I did not see the show that this thread is about so I cant comment.  But if indeed they did almost or sold out of the caftans the hosts both wore, as a poster stated, then mission accomplished.

I bet you dollars to doughnuts that customers aren't the only ones sick of this juvenile BFF sideshow. No doubt there are some vendors who've had a bellyful of it too!!

I have seen several vendors visibly annoyed at the nonsense that takes away from their product.  Some have asked them to focus on the product.  If these vendors would make their complaints known to management, perhaps something would be done.  Those of us on these boards are ignored by management but I'm sure the vendors would not be ignored especially if they insinuated they would take their business elsewhere.

Sales and revenues havent improved so maybe it would be a good idea to pay attention to the suggestions and feedback on the Forums...Some of the host do get negative feedback on their Facebook Pages....But QVC did send out a survey about programming, shows (including "entertainment shows") products and hosts....hmmmmm🤔  And they'll listen to that....

Your right, and it seems more vendors are getting annoyed more frequently because the host either ignore the vendor or interrupt them and they cant provide the viewer with the product information....and a few delivered a not so subtle message to the host.....but in typical fashion the hosts ignored it.....🙄
