I agree, Spurt, that QVC should address the presentations of the hosts and change what doesn't work, what customers complain about and basically do different formats. The pairings seem to be unpopular and that could easily be addressed by not having two hosts. I shop mostly on the Q site so I do not have to put up with hosts I do not care for as far as their presentations are concerned. I still buy but do not watch the show on TV.
My comment saying change the channel is my opinion and what I would do if a certain host or hosts annoyed me. I would do this with any TV show other than Q also.
Thanks for your comments and maybe those at the top at the Q will address the customer complaints at some point and make changes.

The only entertainment I want from any shopping channel is to show me the product and give me the details.
Did some serious shopping at HSN yesterday. Not once did I need to check online for the inseam information because it was mentioned in the presentation. That's what I'm talking about.

When what a company is doing currently isnt working and sales/revenues are declining that means that they cant continue the status quo and changes need to be made in order to see improvement in their financial picture...
Its not what one person wants --- the same comments and feedback keep coming up over and over again and again from many of their customers!
Why did they bother to send out a survey and a lot of it having to do with programming/shows/and presentations.....in particular "entertainment presentations" and they asked are we getting enough product information in the shows.....

The reason we make suggestions and give feedback is because we want QVC -Qurate--to remain as a shopping option....

I shop at HSN too. I like that HSN gives coupons (got one in mail today for $10 off). Why no coupon codes from Q?
