Please don't laugh, but I am not the most computer savvy person.  I am trying to opt out of getting paper Q Card statements because they are going to start changing for it.  I went into the "manage account" but I don't see the option. There are options to make a payment, freeze a card, get a new one, report lost and more. But I don't see an option to stop paper statements.  Can someone tell me?  Thanks!!

I do not get paper statements, they come online.  From what I understand, I will not be charged!  I went on my Q credit card at the bank, who also has my Belk charge.  Synchrony Bank, follow all instructions and told to remove the pop up blocker.  I intend to follow up on this.  I was so mad, I am thinking of just cancelling the Q card.  I rarely shop here anymore.

Hi. I'm doing the same thing. I plan on calling Synchrony Bank on Monday and asking to be billed online. I did not see a way to do it online, under manage account. So try calling Synchrony customer service and see if they can help.

@Effie54 - There is a short version of the steps to switch to paperless statements in the response from @TheMemphisVette above. Basically, after you log into the Synchrony website, just hover over the "Activity" menu and select "Statements." You will see a link to click to enroll. Let us know if you have any questions. If you don't have an account for your card with Synchrony Bank you need to set one up.

After you do that you can login to your account to sign up for paperless statements. You will no longer receive the paper statement.
