How long does it take the Q to process a return?

I sent them an item I was returning for a credit. I have verification they recieved it 1/7/11, two weeks ago today, and they still have not refunded my money. How long is this suppose to take? I did not use their return label, snail mail labels and they take even longer. I returned it myself though USPS.

At HSN they enclose a prepaid label, you mail it to them, and they get it in two business days. I track everything....They process it to your account the next business day. That is the way it should be done. Three days total...instead of two weeks and still waiting??? It was a small item. I have proof they got it.
