I have not returned anything to them in months & recieved something today that just has to go back!! I remember it use to take forever to get anything back to them with their service so I just wondered if that was still true or have they gotten any faster? I sent something back once & it took over a month to get back to them. I stopped ordering anything I thought there was even a remote chance I would send back because of slow returns. But stupid me I bought something & guess what it has to go back. Not sure if I want to pay to send it back so I have a chance to get it credited this year or take a chance on their service. Any one like to share their experences I would sure appreciate it!
