Have you tried to track the return? You should be able to see where it is in transit. I would imagine that they are a little slow on returns at this time of the year.

@Shanus wrote:@blackhole99 My issue is if you use their return label and the item returned is on e/p, your cost of using that label is often more than your first payment. For example: I returned an item that was on 6 e/p. First payment was $4.90 & already charged to my acct. The cost on the return label was $6.95. At the post office I could mail it myself for $3.00. Also if shipping charge to me is listed as $3, why does it cost more than that using their label to send it back? Hidden restock fees or maybe making up for lowering shipping charges on some items?
I hear you, but to me it's worth the extra couple of bucks to ensure my package is scanned at some point and I don't have the worry of dealing with the post office over a lost item. It's hardly cheap to shop at the Q any more, but I'd rather deal with them than some of our dept. stores or small local shops. I had to return a micro wave oven the other week that kept blowing fuses in my house and they said they don't know why I just don't keep it, nobody ever brings back small appliances, you know we can't sell this since you used it. I said keep it, I can't use it and the store has a 30 day return policy so I want to return it. I don't know why it would matter to the sales person unless she gets a commission on small appliances.

FYI My return has been processed. I had never had an item take so long. Someone said jewlery takes longer.

I have found with returns of any kind that if I haven't gotten an email about it being returned, CS will process a return by phone after 12 days. They dan see in their system if an item is in the process of being returned IF you use their label. I've also had it work if I used my own label and given it to CS on the small, but don't do this often. I would call them and tell them rather sate returned and ask them to process the return. Things also REALLY slow down during the holidays for processing returns.

If you use Q's label, always take the package to a location where they will scan it in to the USPS system and get the receipt. I work in customer service at a grocery store and we scan all the prepaid packages in and print receipts as proof of mailing.
