Hello. I was wondering how do you get a chance to talk to your favorite vendor that QVC has on? I wanted to talk to Nick Chavez. I tried calling quite a few times, but I wasn't able to talk to him. One time, I was put on hold and thought for sure I'd get to speak to him.
When I got through, the person asked me what I liked about the product (Velvet Mesquite Serum) that Nick was presenting and I told them. Then I was placed on hold. I was so excited and could hardly wait. The phone kept ringing and ringing while I waited. Finally, the hour was over, I didn't get to talk to Nick and the phone kept ringing. So I hung up. Nick was on again that day, so I tried calling again. I was told that they weren't taking testimonials at that time, so I hung up the phone.
Then I tried again and got through. They asked me what I liked about the SoftFlocker, another product that Nick sells. I said that I actually wanted to make a testimonial about Nick's Velvet Mesquite. They said that they were only taking testimonials for the SoftFlocker. I hung up and didn't try again.
Then someone else got to call in and talk to Nick. I did my best not to cry. I know, I know, I shouldn't cry over a little thing like that. I know it sounds silly.
And I know that it wasn't the customer service peoples' fault. I know that they were just doing their job and they were very nice about it. But does anyone have any tips on how to get to talk to your favorite vendor when they're on QVC?
