How can a customer review like this be accepted ??

With all the posts about reviews on the board... and why Q doesn;t print certain ones, how can they print a review like this for item A96994 ? The person obviously never bought the item!!! Comments/thoughts from all welcomed!

"I like reading these reviews because I decide whether or not I should purchase this item. So far, I don't like the reviews. Too many people say the spanx is rolling down. So disappointing. The cost is too much for this to happen.<br /> The camisole spanx is good but it needs a softer material in the bra area because it squeeze your bust area making that area to look flat. I may have to come up with my own design to correct this error. I would give this as a gift if they fix the problem, Until then customers will be sending them back"
