@jlrbr  It used to be the item wasn't charged until it was shipped.  I don't order much from QVC so has this policy changed?  Do they charge you for the item before it's actually shipped???

@kaydee50 yes, they charge immediately, upon ordering, it stays in pending, once shipped it is no longer pending, and a purchase, the pending hold stays on, at times, for as long as 7-8 days, if the item isn't shipped, the pending charge falls off, then once shipped, it rebills. So right now I had about 9 items, ordered, with availability, that flipped to back order. That amount, for each item, is still in pending, and as I stated will be another 5 or so days. These items were for a young girl, out of school on the 22 of May, and taking her first trip in a very long time. I'm just disgusted. Now I have to rush and find her clothes. I have canceled the back ordered items.
