How Long does it usually take ??

just really wondering if anyone has ever had a problem with how long it takes to get the item ordered online? I've purchased many times online and never really encountered a problem with how long it takes to get an item ordered. But long story short I noticed on my order status that the items had been shipped but its been 3 days already and the tracking information has yet to say where its at or headed or etc.. ?? And then today I noticed on my credit card statement that only half of my order had posted payment to qvc . Which I thought to be odd since I had seen full posted payment the day ordered. Yet my order status says they have been shipped. Anyways before I call customer service and be a bug , I just wanted to see if anyone has encountered the same ordeal.
