I always had the impression that the sales theme for the day was chosen first, then a product. Of course, that product chosen has to do with if they can get the quantity, but I remember a period of time the TSV was gone within hours, so I guess it's not always about quantity. I usually judge by the TSV whether or not I tune in at all for that day. I rarely watch presentations of anything, even the TSV. Too boring, and I usually can find the product online to see how it works, or who has the best value.
