"First time I ordered Temp-tations and it came broken. Sent it back and replacement set was broken too. Won't order again."

This seems like the kind of review that has roots in a customer service problem, having nothing to do with the item itself. This is an example of one of those useless reviews that would appear to "violate" review guidelines, yet it gets published anyway. It might have had some bearing on the item if a number of people reviewing this same item received damaged goods; it does not appear to be relevant in this case. Inconsistent application of guidelines it would appear, and it is understandable that other folks whose reviews actually address the performance of a particular product get their reviews rejected due to a so-called technicality.
