I was under the impression that they had hair stylists and makeup artists on the set to do their hair and makeup for them.

Not since the pandemic.    They do their own.

They use to before the pandemic. Now they do their own makeup and hair.

Okay, that explains why Shawn has her hair falling in front of her face and glasses every 20 seconds.  She needs a good stylist.   She may be many things to many people, but a hair stylist is not one of them.

Have you seen Jen C lately.  Earlier tonight she was on.  Looked like she didn't even run a brush or comb thru it.

As @icezeus mentioned, I too believe the stylists have returned. I'm not sure what's going on with Shawn's hair, I really liked it better when it was short, but I can understand she wanted a change. Her hair is pretty, IMO, but I have to admit that sometimes when she moves the hair out of her face, I do the same thing to mine
