FYI, this is a post/thread from six months ago that was "resurrected" by a new poster; I'm not sure what more needs to be said on the subject, especially after all that time.

It depends on the severity of why you are gluten free. It is a health issues and if you are going to shout out to the world you are gluten free etc then don’t eat it on live tv. I do watch hosts for their sincerity so yes it’s important to be authentic. It does turn me off on a product when they over embellish!
