I like Justin but he has now adopted QVC's presentation style. He is talking very fast and talking over vendors. Why does it have to be so frantic?

Justin talks way too fast. Hard to follow his presentations.

Seeing things like this makes me wonder what it must feel like working at the Q right now.  I just imagine that in their meetings, they're probably being encouraged to sell, sell, sell to keep the company up and running.  Maybe some are interpreting that as - I MUST turn on the hard sell immediately!  My job depends on it!

I have no doubt that every host (who wants to keep their job) is "auditioning".   I have been through corporate mergers and realignment and restructurings where everyone needed to "reapply" for their job.

It's very, very stressful and uncomfortable....and we didn't need to do it on television!

Not all hosts act that way.

Courtney, Jayne Brown and Pat don't over do it when I watch.

Welp, Justin isn't having a great re-audition for me. I thought his rapid-fire presentation bothered only me, because I'm old. When he's on with a similarly inclined representative, it's unwatchable for me.  I just turn down the volume and try to watch.

Every company I have worked for has had "orientation sessions" for new employees...where you learn the company "lingo" and WHAT THEY EXPECT OF YOUR PERFORMANCE.
