I have shopped here since 1990. There is definitely a change in their customer service dept. They don't ever go beyond the call of duty like they used to. Now they just answer my questions with, I don't know. Really? I remember when they used to say, is there anything else I can do for you? Not anymore.

I, as a manager, used the deal with people who had expected to receive a monetary benefit and it was denied. They were hopping mad and frequently claimed they'd been treated rudely by one of our employees. When I asked what rude thing had been said, 99 times out of a 100, they'd say, so and so said I wasn't going to get my money. They either construed that as "rudeness" or knew that alleged rudeness would get some some action. In actuality, it got them a calm explanation of why they weren't getting the money. Period.

Never had a rude CS person and I have been a member a long time. No problems here.
