@loriqvc Although I am hoping you are correct about free shipping, I highly doubt it for two big reasons. They just had free shipping not that long ago and when they do have free shipping on everything they never put on their program guide specific shows having free shipping while others don't.

Hopefully you are right and I will check at midnight.

@cjm61 - The last time we had a free shipping day, they took the same approach, listing a few special event shows with "free shipping" in the title. And it looks like we get that free shipping on everything today! Happy birthday, QVC...

I used a 20% coupon and got free shipping this morning!!

Something like that happened to me years ago.  I told them to please send me a pre-paid postage label for return.

They did not.

Called cs again and was told to mail it with their label.  Rep said she will make another note about the postage.

Short version -- it took 4 calls to QVC and 5 months later before I got the postage reimbursed. 

Have not ordered since.
