Very care full,what I order , free shipping days help. However I am not paying 60$

for denim & Co blouse. ..... clothing is just over priced and then if you return it you pay 6.50 why. Can't I pay what I' payed for shipping to me?

@purple diva.  The return shipping is nearly always less than what you'd pay at USPS,  especially with insurance.  I paid more than $6.95 to return a ring.

Shipping to the customer should always be free.  I believe it it is already factored into the price of the item along with material, labor, advertising, etc., etc.  Returning an item should cost.  There is labor involved in inspecting the item, restocking, etc., etc.  JMHO!!

Are you asking why your return fee isn't the same is the original shipping fee?

Because of the additional cost to return an item purchased through QVC I'm very, very careful when making my purchases to avoid my having to return an item.  I read the descriptions carefully, the sizing of an item and also read the reviews.  I purchase A LOT from QVC and hardly ever have to return an item.  The few times I returned an item it was due to an item being defective and QVC picked-up the return shipping cost for those circumstances.
