Here we do again with the 'random' EZ Pay on Request

I know it's supposed to be 'random', but wouldn't you think that just once in 16 years of shopping with QVC I'd 'randomly' get one?

Nope.

And I know it's not like Q is 'giving' me anything, but there's an item over $300 that I want and ez-pay would help.
