Here's an email I would be happy to read

Like most of us I have a wish list, which I check sporadically for price reductions.  That's what its there for, price reductions and possible returns in my size or color.  So imagine my happiness last night when I'm on some other page and 4 items from my wish list show up on the bottom.  Included is an Isaac Mizrahi poplin top with a substantial clearance reduction. Why doesn't QVC write a program to notify us of price reductions on our wish list?

That is a very good point.  HSN "alerts" you when you sign in if an item is available or has been reduced in price.  The Q should operate the same as HSN, you can even request to exchange an item online and they will ship the new one out right away and you have 14 days to return the original item.  They've been doing these things for years.

I'd also like an HONEST...low inventory warning.
