Having Problems Placing Order for TSV

FYI - Was having lots of problems with placing an order for the Peter Thomas Roth TSV. Kept getting a screen that says QVC.com is unavailable. I finally got through but was still having problems and couldn't tell if the order went through or not. So called Customer Service and verified that my auto-delivery order for the TSV went through.

Please make sure if you are having problems with placing your order and it says it goes through, that you call Customer Service and verify it with them. I still don't feel confident that it went through and will check again in the morning.

@JudyL - I just tried to order a sweater, and I could add it to my cart but it wouldn't let me check out. So I called CS. The rep was nice, but told me, "QVC is down." He couldn't place the order and told me it should be fixed by morning.

It figures. They add Tik Tok and it messes with our ordering! LOL!

I tried looking at several items, every item I try to add to my cart says sold out. I was hoping maybe Sunday was a free ship day.

I tried to check order status. Not working. I am guessing whoever said it's related to TikTok is right. It messed up the regular .com

Can't believe QVC/HSN is going to Tik Tok. So much I have heard about TT is bad since right now anyway it is China owned and I sure don't want them having any of my personal information. Very disappointed in QVC going this direction, but I will just keep watching live (hopefully).
