My family loves to rescue, as well. I am subscribed to the "The Dodo" channel on youtube and LOVE seeing the tearjerker feel good stories.

"forcing out long-time devoted hosts because they age." I don't believe long-time devoted hosts are forced out because they age. If the products they describe sell they remain, if not they likely go. This isn't about age, it's about SALES and nothing else.
