Back on June 30, I ordered the Scott BrothersTSV sheet set. It had an advanced ship date of July 24.
Well the sheets shipped on July 25, with an estimated delivery of August 4. Sheets got as far as Goodyear, AZ and have been stuck there since July 28.
Today I get an email from QVC stating that they have processed my return for sheets I never got.
Contacted c.s. they ordered another set, hopefully this set will show up.

A friend of mine had a similar situation. She got notice that her return has been received, but she never received the original. She was also charged the return shipping fee, which she's now working to collect. Be sure they don't charge you for return shipping.

Very strange. Maybe you'll get both sets and only have to pay for one. That would make it all worthwhile.

@Imaoldhippie Yes, but I would tell them about it. They might say to keep the extra set considering it was their mistake.

Stranger and stranger shipping issues keep developing. Weird. I had two items recently and were in processing F-O-R-E-V-E-R; so I patiently wait and wait, then call and was told to wait some more. Then two days goes by and I check status again, and it states it was delivered with a delivery date way before the time I started calling. I never received these items.

I wonder if the sheets were sent to the wrong address and that person returned them to QVC?
That happened to me once. I received someone else's order. I hadn't even ordered the same item. The box had my address on the outside but all the correct purchaser's information on the inside invoice. I contacted QVC and was told to return the item.

@ValuSkr this only happens with Amazon. Wouldn´t it be great if QVC did that also?
