Has the Q FINALLY gotten the message here in 2019 to offer FREE SHIPPING?

You can google practically anthing the Q offered and find the item on various websites that offer free shipping AND free returns. I’d rather have free shipping and returns instead of keeping the item 30 days, using it and then returning. That is where the Q loses money. Time to change that policy and offer free shipping and free returns instead

@jlrbrThe longest any of my 2019 shipments took was 8 days -  and half the country was snowed in that week.

 

Everything else arrived in 5 to 7 -  most with free shipping.

 

I know there are problems, but I have no reason to avoid QVC (as long as I don't count not needing anything.)

@millieshops My purchases used to arrive well before the EDD. However, like so many others have posted, there are some serious shipping delays. I am on day 19 now, waiting for an item I cannot cancel. It was a new item. So kudos to those still receiving items within the allotted time. The Q policies are outdated and no longer work for me. So yes, I quit.
