Has anyone received a nasty letter from QVC?

I received a letter in the mail saying that if I cancel an order or make a return they will cancel my Q card. I make a payment in full every month and never order even on easy pay. I say cancel away. So discouraging. Why are they talking to their customers like this in today' s economy? I returned the last two items I ordered because one came broken and the other defective. ok just need to vent.{#emotions_dlg.crying}
