I mailed back the Roma 5 the day after i got it. Feb 16th to be exact and as of today when i check the track your return it still says status unavailable. I have called customer service 3 times and they can't track it. If you ever had this issue did they ever refund your money? Thanks in advanced.

They will refund your credit, but have to wait a certain amount of time first. You can ask them how long that wait is.

Thanks. I just was concerned that i would be stuck with the easy pays on a bag i returned. I thought because i used their label they would have a way to look it up and track it.

@plc123 I returned something back in January and it took over a month before the return was processed. I called customer service and they issued me a credit even before they received my return. I consider that good service!!

It sounds as if someone at the post office now carries a very expensive Roma bag. I always return on Saturdays....take to post office (or give to mail carrier) and have them scan it when I am standing there.
Then the "tracking info" instantly is reflected on line--my proof I mailed it. (Eventually it will find its way back to the Q--hopefully .... regardless, they will take your word and refund).

Yes, I do similarly. The post office scans it and gives me a paper receipt. I hold onto it just for extra security...and I won't give up my package without it. In fact, yesterday I was at the post office and it was busy. This postal worker pulled me outta line and said he could help me at another counter in the card section. He was just trying to move things along. I handed him my package. He looked at it and saw it was prepaid QVC, and then said, "'okay, I'll handle it." I then told him I had to have a receipt. His scanner deal was not working right so he had to put me back in the regular line. Fine. I'm not leaving there without proof that the post office has my package...and no one else should either!

@pupwhipped You wouldn't fare well in my post office. They say they've been instructed to not give receipts. When they scan it, there is a record of them receiving it.
QVC has never been known to process returns at warp speed.

Thanks for the replies. I know the people very well at this post office so i am sure no one stole the package and is using the bag. We live in a small town. I just am worried QVC won't believe me that i used their prepaid label and then i will be stuck with a big expense.

You can see the tracking on the return label items in your account. Go to the order, click, then click on order status. On the right hand side, there is a field called return status or something similar. Click on it and it will show where the item is. You can see every time to package stops until it gets to the q.
