I am sorry for the trouble. To subscribe to our e-newsletters, simply click
on the site greeting, "Welcome" or "Hello..." at the top right of the
QVC.com Homepage. Select "My Account" from the dropdown options. Sign-in to
your account and select "Email and Mobile Preferences" under the
"Communication Preferences" heading.
 
Once you've logged into your account, you can choose the e-newsletters
you'd like to receive. You're welcome to make changes to these preferences
anytime.

@NJ QVC Fan   Thank you for the information.  I followed the directions; however, when I got to the page I saw I have everything already checked.  I clicked update and save again in hopes that this time it will work.

I stopped receiving emails from QVC at least a year ago. I received texts but they stopped, too. I do still receive emails when I make a purchase but that is all. Nothing I’ve done, including contacting QVC CS, has helped.

I'm the same as some of you.  I haven't gotten any notifications in a long time.

 

I'm not complaining.  That works well for me.  I just automatically delete a lot of email anyway.
