Has anyone else noticed how much longer it takes to get a refund or an exchange lately? I just found out from my post office when you use the prepaid label to send back something the packages don't go out daily. They only go out 3 times a week. My post office it's Monday Wed. and Fri. They get picked up by a mail carrier or something like that. I dropped a couple of things at the post office last Wed which would be the 11th and i checked to see if they got it back yet because Penn isn't that far from NY and it said DUE for pick up the 17.Don't think that's right! Most of the time it's costing more to use that label than paying up front for shipping think it would go out with rest of the mail.Means alot when your exchanging sizes or something comes broken that was a gift and it takes forever to get it back to the person you gave it too. Happened with a couple of Christmas present I gave. Does anybody else run into this problem? If you use their return label and they can see it's on the way why can't they just send out the replacement insteas of waiting for weeks to get it to them. BUT boy they are willing to send out another if you pay for another one.I did do that with the kids spy watch i gave to my grandson for Christmas . Bought another (after buying 4 of them for Christmas present)one so he could get it faster, mailed the broken one back marked the paper REFUND and what do they do send me another watch. Now Iam out the money for 2 extra watches. That's not right. Getting expensive with alot of money being tied up . Iam paying interest on money that they are making a profiet on. One rep told me she was going to give me a $10 credit toward shipping but it never showed up so i could use it. Sorry i was so winded just disappointed in the Q they use to work with you to keep you happy now it seems like they"re getting to big and losing the personal little things that mean so much. Deb
