I used to receive emails about my orders and returns . None recently. Have they stopped sending them?

I still receive confirmation emails, although a few times the emails came much later in the day.  I don't know how long ago your order was placed, but keep an eye out.  It will come.  Another thought, in case something got wonky with your email setting, check your spam folder.  Sometimes legitimate emails get misdirected.

No, they haven't stopped sending them. I still get e-mails when I order products. I also get e-mails when the items are shipped.

I received an e-mail yesterday saying my order had shipped.  Also received one this morning confirming a new order.

I get them on my phone & Ipad.
