Re: Has Q ever rejected your return?

20+ year QVC shopper and have never had an issue with returns, even when it was a little over the 30 day mark. If I know something doesn't work for me, I immediately repackage, but if unsure, I take advantage of their 30 day try it out policy...especially for shoes. Although don't shop as often as I used to due to their rising costs and emphasis on "designer" (Gravel, Felt, Isaac, etc) goods.

@Foxxee Too late now, but you should have returned the package to QVC just the way they re-sent it to you.  There is no reason why you needed to re-ship as 3 individual packages, that's ******!!!  You should have called to complain.  Lesson learned I hope.

@Grouchomarx   I believe bras are non-returnable.

@2blonde Not so.  They most certainly are returnable.

Agree!  Rather surprising a retailer would slap a new label over the old one, pay for the postage to return it to a customer with no explanation as if I'm a mind reader.

HA!  Would have been interesting to see if it was returned to me again. I could have played that game, too.

To all who read this post. Did you know that C-R-A-P was a bad word?  I simply said that having to return the items individually was C-R-A-P (without the hyphens) and it was automatically replaced by the asterisks.  Seriously?!?!?!?

Re: Has Q ever rejected your return?

About 10 years ago I gave my Stepdaughter a gift of a denim jacket. It did not fit her in the shoulders and she never bothered to return it and it sat at her home. I called CS as it was over the 30 days and they did accept it. I doubt this would happen now?

I had a Jay King necklace from HSN that the stone literally broke in half, as defective. It was after the 30 days, but obviously a weak stone in a necklace. They sent it back and suggested I contact Jay King`s company. They did repair it with a small fee and it took awhile. Again, this was five years ago but it worked out well.
