This has happened to me countless times. Last night I got an email from QVC with the subject line: Essentials for Every Room; Comforts of Home Event Preview. The word "comfort" drew me in, so I opened it. First thing I see is a cozy looking throw invitingly draped across a chair. I click on the "shop now" button which takes me to a page full of endless blanket and bedding choices, NONE of which appear to be the cozy throw!
Did I mention that this has happened before? I give up opening QVC emails because it just turns into a frustrating wild goose chase.

That's so funny, I was just thinking something similar about the QVC website. They draw me in with a photo of merchandise that I want, but when I click the photo the item is not offered for sale. For instance, there's a beautiful photo on the home page of Fall decor featuring small iluminated pumkins (that I wanted last year but they sold out). Only problem is, those pumpkins are nowhere to be found. They do this on the TV set too. I see vases and candle holders that they don't sell. Frustrating.
Disclaimer: This problem is not monumental in the grand scheme of things, rather, it's a little irritating. My day goes on ;o)

@Suzeecat this has happened to me plenty of times. Ex. I'll see a pair of boots on the homepage, click on the picture only to be taken to pages of boots and I guess I'm supposed to sift through the pages to find the ones pictured....NOT. Why aren't the ones pictured first?
