It makes me feel better to appreciate than to complain, so with that in mind, here's a list of things I'm happy about:
In clothing, I find all sizes at the same price, and a lot of sizes, and a good range of basic items that I can depend on.
I'm not much of a shopper, so I discover new home and kitchen things that I might never find otherwise.
The experiences I've had with customer service have been very good to excellent, almost every time.
I haven't needed customer service very often because there's usually no problem.
Easy pay has allowed me to buy stuff I might otherwise not have managed, like my nice fireplace last winter.
The website isn't the best I've ever used, but it's easy and convenient for things I buy routinely.
The few shows I watch on television or my computer are occasionally companionable, sometimes entertaining and every once in a while quite informative.
Just saying.
