Why would someone pull their hair up on top, then pull two large pieces of hair out to hang in their face, and then CONSTANTLY push them out of their eyes/face????  It's just pointless.

Because it enhances the look and doesn't seem so harsh.  Another reason is that it will lessen hair fallout on the side from tight pull backs.  The biggest one is that they like it and that is exactly what I do!
