Ordered Dr Nassif pads , Tuesday , arrived Friday , items i ordered on QVC Mon. are still processing , there is no excuse for this , I would understand if they were delayed by UPS mail  inovations , but they don't even ship for 4 days. I did want to ad UPS did deliver my HSN one day early because they were in area. Who ever is in charge of shipping and warehouses really should be fired , this has been going on way too long , even before Covid.

I've read many posts comparing HSN to QVC on different issues and even though they are both owned by the same corporation, they each have different policies/procedures in place.

I have experienced this multiple times as well. You can't order from QVC if you want the product right away.  If I remember correctly, Dr. Nassif's TS was Free Shipping, and you probably paid for the QVC shipping, which hasn't even shipped yet. Go figure.

HSN is far, far superior to QVC in shipping expediency,  in my experiences.

For "sister" companies owned by the same corporation, it is amazing to me that the procedures are so different and IMO it has nothing to do with how large QVC is compared to HSN.  The systems should be in place.  QVC's website is the pits, shipping is the pits.  Do not have as many problems with HSN and I am puzzled as to why this is.

Re: HSN shipping !!!!

Curate Retail Group 'owns' QVC, HSN, Zulilly and others.

To compare HSN to QVC because they're owned by the same corporation, you should also compare them to another of their companies, Zulilly.

You're lucky if you get your order within a month from Zulilly.

I agree that shipping from HSN is quicker than QVC.  As I mentioned on another post items I order from QVC are shipped by UPS from the east coast and go past me then back via UPS then they are transferred to the USPS which  causes a delay in delivery.  Items I have ordered from HSN follow a path straight to St. Louis then delivered by the post office depending on what the item is.

I ordered Birkenstocks on Monday from HSN, got them yesterday.  But I must say I ordered the Patrica Nash TSV from QVC (whenever that was) and I received it yesterday.  Thankfully, it bypassed the post office and was delivered by UPS "since they were going to be in my area".  (Their words, not mine).  Too bad everything can't bypass the post office.

I've had a lot of orders go to back order right away that I ordered. It's been taking forever to get them on Q.

Hsn might delay an order or sell out of my order before I ever get it but they will send me an email and put 5.00 Kash money in my acct. That I love. I'll take it.

I order alot online and hopefully they get their issues straightened out...
