I dont subscribe to any HSN emails but my spam folder is full of emails from HSN written in Japanese!

Regardless that the emails seem to be from HSN's Japanese affiliate, ignore them.  Whatever they are offering would not apply to making purchases from Tampa anyway, so they are rather useless to you.  If you have a tech support service (such as Trend Micro Premium Tech Support) they can probably help you report the matter and securely prevent any harm in case these emails are scams appearing to look like a legitimate HSN business.

YES, I'm receiving the same thing.  I marked it JUNK Mail and don't open it up.  My regular emails I still get from HSN.  Really don't like my emails being Hacked!!!!!

That's funny.  Perhaps it would be worthwhile to learn Japanese now.  Never know how it comes in handy some day.

I subscribe and do shop at HSN and I never get any e-mails from them.
