@RespectLife HSN does do Free Exchanges -- they just started this month. It's not just a birthday month gimmick, they claim it's permanent like QVC (well, as permanent until either decide it's not working for them).

What I've always heard though (I cannot attest to it personally) was that exchanges for both companies was always free. If you called them and explained you wanted a change, their customer service detailed the swap directions, and didn't charge a s/h fee.

Seems to me it's more of a marketing ploy to merely announce it for all, and not a Call Me kind of transaction.

I DID call, several times because I thought I was just getting a 'bad' CS rep.

I explained the garments were not sized properly...they did NOT care.

All three told me there was nothing they could do.

I could either pay retn shipping to get a better size OR lose return shipping AND original shipping and just return.

I tried G by Guili and Diane Gelman and some Wyman? I think....absolutely did NOT match the size chart at all. I got skunked for the retn shipping to get a smaller size.

Many of the items I tried were horrible quality...esp G by G

Received previous returns that were defective....

I was so fed up, I unsubscribed, paid off my HSN card and will never order again. Don't care what they offer....

I was a devout shopper there when Tina was honking her horn.....but started receiving dime store junk and stopped for dozens of years.

Received Lancome eye makeup remover than literally had things floating in it....had to call and actually fuss to get a FULL retund. I even sent them pictures.

Just gave them another try couple months ago....Nope ....not the place for me.

I didnt get the email, and I am a good HSN CC customer, I pay in full so I have no clue what their interest rate is and it makes no difference to me. I would love to have that offer.
