He seems to be banking on winning a lot of money.  Otherwise, it seems like a bad move, in my opinion.  Not that there are a lot of other tv shopping channels, but after this, what other place will want to contract with him?

For 31 years HSN gave him the opportunity to be successful and wealthy. 

He repays by suing for $37 million, while they're on the verge of bankruptcy.

Seems to me a business has the right to sell the merchandise they feel will benefit them the most.   Whereas $23m sounds like a lot, perhaps it was lower than previous years or what other vendors are bringing in.  We have no basis for comparison.  They could have many reasons for wanting a change.

I don't think he can make HSN sell his stuff.  Now he's burned his bridges behind him.

I realize some miss him, but the few times I saw his presentations. I was never tempted.  

No idea how his suit will be decided, but it's tough to get blood from a stone and probably just as hard to get that many  millions from a nearly bankrupt company,

A lot of negativity in this thread. It seems like people are blaming him for suing. I'm sure that you would sue someone too if you felt wronged.
