Many successful and busy people prefer online dating as they don’t have time to go to venues to meet people; it’s not a matter of wealth but time management. Today, many use match makers who screen people based on another’s criteria for a perfect match. Usually, people with higher incomes use a matchmaker. I like the idea.

Then there are organizations like “It’s only lunch” who match people who don’t want a serious relationship at the time but just friendship & companionship which could become more later.

Once you post it online, it's there forever for the entire world to see.

And that is the moment when it becomes gossip.

Are these posters as free about sharing the saga of heartbreak when their relationships fail?

I've always admired Pat James-Dementri for keeping her private life private. Never once heard her utter a word publicly about her unfaithful husband and the messy divorce that was fodder for gossip hounds.

Pat is a real Class Act!

@ManyMeows Hmmm you said Pat never spoke of her domestic troubles, yet here you are bringing it up and mentioning all the gossip😂

The bottom line is messy people are going to gossip if you share or if you don't.

I have never heard any host discuss that type of information publicly.

@Love to Run

Sadly, long before I even knew what QVC was all about, let alone who Pat was, this information was all over the internet. I think Pat is an exceptional human being, handled the situation with grace and determination, and did fabulous job raising her daughter. She's not a braggart, and when she mentions Nikki, you can hear the love in her voice.

🙊  Shame on you for pointing your judgmental finger at me.

I really don't want to know about the hosts love lives, thank you very much!  I can't believe someone would even post something like this.

I don't think @Love to Run was being judgemental or pointing her finger at you.
