Great Experience

I know some people have not had a good experience when dealing with QVC Customer Service but I just want to share that today when I called QVC CS, the representative could not have been more helpful and pleasant!  My issue was resolved and I hung up the telephone with a smile on my face!  That doesn't happen often with ANY Customer Service!    Thanks to that very nice rep ( I didn't get her name but I wish I had so that I could've given her a shout out by name)!!

Only one bad experience in many years. The employee was having a bad day. That aside, I've had very good experiences.
