Great Customer Service should be recognized

I called Camelbak earlier this week. I have a reusable water bottle that needs a part replaced. I looked at their website plus a few others and could not find the part. I called them directly. I described the situation. The lady, Susan, took everything down and said she'd get the replacement parts to me right away. I explained how the problem was discovered when my daughter cut her hand on the broken plastic. She said someone would call and follow-up. Later that evening, someone did in fact call me to discuss the matter. I love that!
