Hi All,
I know that some have posted they've had customer service issues, but thankfully I can say they've always been exceptionally great dealing with me.
My Callista Tools Perfecter round brush that I got in April up and died on me after maybe 20 uses, just last week, and since I neglected to send in the product registration and it's way past 30 days from purchase, I figured I was out the money. I decided to call Customer Service just to get advice, thinking maybe they could contact the manufacturer for me.
All I did was mention I knew there was probably nothing that could be done, but instantly the customer service rep said, "Let's call it defective (no argument there), and I'll mail you out the paperwork and you can return it".
You just can't beat that for service in my book. Thanks QVC! And I hope they fix the issue at Calista Tools, since it was a great product - while it worked.

So glad they did something for you! FYI for the future - warranties apply whether the registration card is returned or not! It's how companies build (and sell) lists.

I had an issue with a piece of clothing in Renee's clothing line with an open seam. Not only did QVC immediately send out a replacement, they credited the expedited shipping cost (I had two day shipping as I wanted this for a trip I was taking) I have been shopping with QVC for many years and must say that my customer service experience is always above expectations.
